Professional Journey:
Hayden is our Broker and Owner, and originally founded 713 APTS as the leasing division within his real estate brokerage and art+artist agency, SOUTH Real Estate and Contemporary Art. Under his leadership, 713 APTS has helped countless Houstonians find their place to call home.
Real Estate Background:
Hayden's career in real estate began in 2013 as a part-time job in college to complete necessary practicum credits in his entrepreneurship program at Berklee (Boston, MA). His passion and dedication led him to become a successful real estate agent in both Boston and Houston, eventually earning his Texas broker's license and founding his company in 2018. Since then, he has focused on providing Houston with a trustworthy partner in housing.
Educational Background:
A Houston native, Hayden's journey with business began at the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA), where he began working all over town as a jazz drummer. He went on to graduate from Berklee College of Music under a full presidential scholarship, completing the entrepreneurship program within the Music Business major. His educational experience was further enriched by cross-courses at IDEO Cambridge, which sculpted his approach to ethical entrepreneurship and creating better industries by design.
