Who we are
713 APTS is a service of South Real Estate and Contemporary Art LLC, a licensed Texas real estate brokerage (license #9007834). Required notices:
Rebates & rewards
Apartment communities pay 713 APTS a referral commission when a renter we register signs a lease. Some of our programs — including 713 APTS Housewarming — share a portion of that compensation with you as a rebate (for example, a gift card after you lease).
- Any rebate of our compensation is subject to the consent of the party we represent in the transaction, and where required, the consent of the party paying the compensation.
- Rewards are conditional. The standard conditions: you register with 713 APTS before touring, you list 713 APTS as your referral source on your application (and guest card or move-in form where the community uses one), the community pays the referral commission, and you agree to the program terms before signing your lease. The specific conditions for each reward appear with that reward's offer.
- Rewards are funded by received commissions and are not paid on a fixed calendar date. If a community does not pay a commission on your lease, the associated reward may not be available.
- Rewards are not available where a property's policies or applicable law prohibit them.
