How does 713 APTS get paid? 💵+–
We are paid by property management companies for helping them find tenants and fill units. Typically, this comes out of their marketing budget.
When and how do I get my rewards? ⏳+–
The community usually pays us 30–90 days after move-in. Once it does, we email your Visa gift card within 30 days. You can follow each step in your dashboard.
Disclosure: Sometimes properties take 90+ days to pay us, and unfortunately every once in a while a property won't pay at all. It is rare when that happens, but we are not able to pay out rewards on leases that we do not receive referral commission on.

First let's find your apartment! Make sure 713 APTS is credited as your referral source.
What exactly do I put on the application? ✍️+–
Where it asks how you heard about us, pick apartment locator and write 713 APTS. If your application doesn't ask, tell the leasing office and ask whether there's a referral form at move-in.
What if they have someone else down as my referral?+–
Ask the leasing office to list 713 APTS as your referral source before you apply. If another source is already recorded, contact us and the leasing office as soon as possible. Rewards require 713 APTS to be the accepted referral source.
Is every apartment community eligible for 713 APTS Rewards?+–
Not every community participates. Check the property page for current eligibility before you tour.
I'm signing with roommates. Do we each get one?+–
We are only able to offer one reward set per signed lease, NOT per person.
I already toured somewhere before I found you. What do I do?+–
Some properties will allow you to update your referral source, some won't. To be safe, ask the leasing staff at the property if you can make sure your referral source is your apartment locator 713 APTS.
