What you tell us on our forms: your name, phone, email, and your apartment search details (budget, beds, areas, move-in timing). That's what a locator needs to find you a place — nothing more.

🏡 What we use it for

Finding you an apartment. We use your search details to build your list, and we register you at properties as your referral. It's your locator's job to make sure each leasing office has it on record before you tour. That's how 713 APTS gets paid: by the property, never by you.

🚫 What we never do

• • We never sell your information. Period.
• • We never ask for high-risk details — no SSN, no bank logins, no card numbers on our forms.
• • No spam — you hear from us about your search, that's it.

🍪 Cookies

What 713 APTS keeps in your browser:

• • Sign-in: cookies starting sb- keep you signed in, up to 400 days.
• • Referrals: apt_ref remembers whose link brought you here, 180 days.
• • Signup and forms: cookies starting signup_ or mailbox_, plus intake_claim and lease_report_draft, keep a signup or a lease report together, 10 minutes to 7 days.
• • Staff: agent_reply_receipt confirms a sent message, 60 seconds.
• • This notice: apt_cookie_notice remembers your OK, one year, with a copy in local storage.
• • Google Analytics: off until you choose OK. After that, Google sets its own cookies.
• • Browser storage: your budget and bed choices, map and list settings, form drafts, signup counting markers and the campaign tag for your tab.
• • Other services: OpenStreetMap maps and TikTok on agent pages may set their own cookies. This notice does not control them.
